We are currently in the process of transferring out portal provider so for the moment there are two portals which clients can log into.


This is the new portal which we will be using from now on. Invites have been sent out to clients. If you have not received your invite, please e-mail This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and ask for one.

All secure communications with clients will now be via this portal.

If you wish to access the old portal then this is the log in:


Please use this to make sure you have downloaded all relevant documents that are stored in the portal. By the end of June 2021 the old portal will be retired and access to all documents there will be removed. All documents in the portal will be deleted at that stage and will not be recoverable.

All clients have access to the portal. If you are a client and are not sure of your login enter your e-mail address and click on the forgotten password link.

Once a document has been uploaded, you will receive an automated notification that a document is waiting for you.

The benefits of using the portal are as follows:

  • Document Storage – Important documents can be accessed by either you or us at any time.
  • Totally secure – For maximum security, all your messages and data will be encrypted using the highest available military grade encryption and secured using trusted SSL certification. Only you will know the password that you select for your logon.
  • Two way transfer – The new portal allows both us and you to post and read messages and to upload and download files.
  • Single logon – Even if we advise you in a number of different capacities – for example, as a director of several companies and as a personal taxpayer – you only need a single logon to access all your files and messages on the client portal.
  • Approval – The portal makes electronic document approval simple: Review the document and click a button to approve it. If a document needs signing then you can e-sign the document with a single click.
  • Access from anywhere - All you need is access to the internet (this can be via PC, smartphone or tablet).
